Return And Refund Policy

At Fresh Forever, your satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to delivering the best skincare products, but if you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to assist you.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return Requests: Must be made within 5-7 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Exclusions: Due to hygiene reasons, used, opened, or partially used skincare products cannot be returned.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, samples, promotional items, and sale items are non-returnable.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@foreverfresh.co.in with your order number and reason for return.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 28 hours of delivery.
  • Send clear photos of the product and packaging to info@foreverfresh.co.in.

Once we verify the issue, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

4. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by emailing us at info@foreverfresh.co.in.

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

5. Return Shipping

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
  • Shipping Recommendation: We recommend using a trackable courier service for all returns to ensure safe delivery.

Exchange Policy (No Refunds)

At Fresh Forever, we do not offer refunds for products purchased. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned unused, unopened, and in its original packaging within 5-7 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be exchanged for a similar item of equal or lesser value.
  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange request.
